Meeting called to order at 5:19 p.m.

MEMBER CONCERNS

Carolyn Gaffigan, 6121 Haag Road: Ms. Gaffigan stated that she heard natural gas prices would be dropping and wanted to know if the Board and Management were taking that into account for the budge for this year and next. Mr. Lyon stated that it would be taken into account.

Patricia Knight, 1815 Georgetown Blvd: Ms. Knight discussed with the Board and Management her questions and concerns regarding proposed planting of shrubs near the corner of Georgetown and Balfour to act as a “fence” or “barrier” so people would be discouraged from cutting through there rather than using the sidewalk.

Rita Stoll, 1706 Georgetown Blvd: Ms. Stoll discussed with the Board and Management her questions and concerns regarding proposed planting of shrubs near the corner of Georgetown and Balfour to act as a “fence” or “barrier” so people would be discouraged from cutting through there rather than using the sidewalk.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

None at this time.

2006/2007 BUDGET

Mr. Lyon presented the proposed 2006/2007 budget which includes a $10.00 increase in carrying charges. Members in attendance were presented with copies of the budget for review.

Smith moved, Ellena seconded to accept the 2006/2007 budget, including a $10.00 increase in carrying charges. Approved 4-0.

NEW BUSINESS

None at this time.

OLD BUSINESS

Clubhouse Rental Fees: Raising the clubhouse rental fee was discussed, as the amount being spent on cleaning, employee on-call wages, etc. is much more than the amount collected for rental fees. This topic will be placed on the agenda for next month’s Board meeting.
