Alteration Permits

An alteration permit is required whenever making a change to the existing condition of the interior or exterior of the townhome.  These changes included but are not limited to

• additions/deletions or changes of electrical  outlets and/or fixtures,
• additions/deletion or changes of  plumbing pipes or fixtures, 
• openings in exterior walls, windows or doorways,
• lawn area
• porch
• windows
• brick
• siding
• parking lot
• sidewalk

Below is a list of alteration permits currently available on line.  You will need to complete the upper portion of the Alteration Permit and sign each page of the attached policies.
