Board of Director Meetings
Each month, normally on the third Monday of the month, a Board meeting
is held at the clubhouse/Office building. The Board of Directors has an
executive meeting prior to the Open session meeting. The Executive
session
is a private meeting of the Board and Management. The Executive
session is for meetings with individual members. Open session is for
all members.
Effective April 15, 2013, Mary Heist was appointed to the Board of Directors.
She will hold the position of Director at Large.
