Board of Director Meetings

Each month, normally on the third Monday of the month, a Board meeting is held at the clubhouse/Office building.  The Board of Director has an executive meeting prior to the Open session meeting.  The executive session is a private meeting of the Board and Management.  The executive session is for meetings with individual members.  Open session is for all members.
